An evening with Sarri Gilman, author of Transform Your Boundaries and "Naming and Taming Overwhelm" and a TEDxSnoIsleLibraries speaker.

This Issues that Matter event will help you recognize the condition of overwhelm and address how to deal with a mental health emergency. Sarri will be joined by Dr. Howard Aposhyan, Charlene Ray, LICSW, and others who will share ways to understand difficult mental health challenges and how to find help and support.
